I was super productive this weekend!!! Here’s a quick progress shot of two custom orders and a little chocolate amigurumi bear that I’m crocheting (I’m basically redesigning Pepe the Baby Bear so that I can write a pattern for him). :P

Feb. 9, 2012. Work-in-Progress pt. 4
For a while, NibbleZ (formerly known as Nibbles the Blue Panda) was really bummed; he could no longer hang out with his panda friends without secretly craving their brains. Drool would drip from his nonexistent lips as he watched them bathe in the sun, and watching them munch on bamboo while he had nothing to eat was too much for him to handle! :(
Thankfully, NibbleZ and Z-Stanley bumped into each other and formed an instant bond! Z-Stanley has finally found a friend, and NibbleZ has found a fellow creature that understands the big life changes he’s going through. ^___^
Sounds like a happy way to end to this WIP adventure.

Work-in-Progress pt. 3
Despite all of their hard work, Millie and Mumbles couldn’t save Nibbles! There was just too much sewing to do and too little time. :(
It seems that Z-Stanley may have a new friend after all…
Feb. 4, 2012 update: I’m slowly creating an army of baby pandas!!! >:] There are limbs and disembodied heads everywhere (I find that crocheting the parts is way more fun than sewing them all together). So far, I’ve already made a classic black and white one, a hot pink one, a blue one, and a zombie (a.k.a. Mumbles, Millie, Nibbles, and NibbleZ); my aunt and cousin have made a chocolate panda and a light pink one. ^__^ Orange, red, my own chocolate one, and a green eco-friendly one are on their way! There’s still lots of pattern editing to do in order to make it as clear as possible. I don’t know if I’ve said this before, but trying to make a pattern good enough to publish is TOUGH! I’m loading it with tons of step-by-step pictures and detailed notes. Fun fun fun! :)
While this is going on, I’m also trying to work on remaking the Chinese wedding dolls and the twin amigurumi Easter bunnies that I designed last year. :D
I think I’ll be adding ONE more photo set to this WIP story. Must find time to take more photos!!! Bringing these pandas to life is just as fun as crocheting them. :P

After the initial shock of seeing the crocheted catastrophe, Millie and Mumbles decided to take action.
It looks like they borrowed my crochet hook and yarn to help fix Nibbles! How sweet of them. <3 That frees up my schedule to work on new amigurumi projects. :)
Will they be able to sew him up properly?
January 14, 2012. Work-in-progress pt. 1:
Starring: Z-Stanley (the zombie giraffe), Nibbles (blue panda), Millie (pink panda), and Mumbles (original panda).
Z-Stanley (the zombie giraffe) must have been very hungry while I was gone!! I knew I should have crocheted some brains to feed him before I left for work…
I came home to the sight of Z-Stanley munching on Nibbles! THE HORRORRRRRR!! D: I shooed him off and found some leftover brains to keep him occupied. Because I was busy feeding Z-Stanley, I forgot to tell Mumbles and Millie about the crocheted catastrophe and brace them for bad news… the poor things had to find out the hard way.
Can our friend Nibbles be saved?!
